EUCHARISTIC BREAD

I was up on the rota last week for baking Eucharistic bread for the community's Eucharists. Each week two students make a batch to last half a week of Eucharists. We use just smaller than hand size, round, flat 'loaves'. There's a set recipe for making these things.
Thankfully Kathy, a friend in my year, invited me round to her apartment to use her utensils and ingredients and oven. It was great fun! Had some mixture left over so made a spoof loaf. Put it wrapped separately in the bottom of the bag when I handed the bread in to the sacristy!
