The day after my steam train excursion, Deborah and I went to the same patch of California for a promised walking trip among Redwoods in Big Basin park. It was a lovely day out - we went to church together in the morning, Deborah bought me a T-shirt at the Big Basin gift shop after our walk, and she took me out for dinner in Berkeley when we got back.
